Hello and Welcome to the September issue of the OkayNowWhat Newsletter!
After another year of overcoming challenges and addressing new and old obstacles in the classroom, many teachers committed to taking the steps to prepare for their careers (and lives) post-teaching. I had one client that recently exclaimed:
I regret that I have wasted this summer and lost the time I meant to invest in myself!
June came and went as this Teacher just wanted to exhale and not focus on anything aside from family and catching up on sleep.

4. Helping students mature and engage with each other and the world around them in a far more productive way as a result of their presence in the lives of their students.

After over 30 years working in corporate training, sales enablement, management and having worn the hats of; corporate employee, entrepreneur, author, academic, keynote speaker, and youth sports coach and mentor, I am now adding to my roster of jobs - business coach. A core part of marketing your business is connecting with the right target market that wants and needs your product or service. For many new business owners, they struggle with how wide to cast their net. They believe that the wider and broader their attempt at marketing, the better their chances of securing a client or customer. Unfortunately, as counterintuitive as it may seem, the reverse is true. The more specific and targeted your offer is to a specific group or subset of the general population, the more likely you are to create a strong following. However, that means trying to isolate and locate what would be of interest to your unique target group. One FREE and readily available resource is online retailers.
